Instructions for use
The electrode is made of French imported raw materials and has the characteristics of low melting point and good fluidity. It is a good helper for maintenance personnel.
1. Grind the joints with sandpaper before welding.
2. When welding copper and aluminum tubes of different sizes, it is necessary to expand the large tube into a bell mouth and then insert the small tube into the inside of the large tube. When welding the same large copper and aluminum tube, the copper tube is expanded into a bell mouth, and then the aluminum tube is expanded. The tube is inserted inside the copper tube (as shown).
3. When welding, the pipe should be vertically welded and the bell mouth should be facing upward so that the electrode can accumulate at the bell mouth after melting.
4. It can be welded by medium fire when welding.
Precautions:
In order to prevent the flux in the electrode from burning out early, the fluidity during welding is poor, such as pores, etc., the following
Points should be noted when welding:
1, welding time can not be too long
2, the welding temperature can not be too high
3, the welding should be done in one time, can not be repaired multiple times.
4, After welding, the joint should be waterproofed with heat-shrinkable tube or glue to prolong the service life.
5, no additional welding powder is needed for welding
6. This electrode is not suitable for welding aluminum plate evaporator
